The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome right from the start. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I loved the fact that they had a separate kitchenette. It gave me the flexibility to prepare my own meals when I wanted to. The location of the hotel was also great, with a shopping mall nearby and being close to the airport made it very convenient for my travels.

People were kind and serviceful. Accomodations were excellent, modern and the room was like a falt, with a small kitchen including microwaves oven and an office table. Location is silent during night.

As usual in many hotels in Brazil, there is not heating. And because this region reaches lower temperatures, although it was not really a big problem, but the having an early shower in the morning may become a challenge.

We arrived late at night dog tired from flying and some hassle at the airport with no luggage or clothing but the facilities were very good and a lovely big shower which was really appriciated. The only pity was we can´t speak Portuguese and the staff did not speak English but never mind, we appriciated the stay at Howard Johnson and would use it again. Maybe as early as next month when we return.

Oh yes the hotel is so close to the road and the sound of traffic is so loud when you are on the 10th floor, is about the only item I disliked but if you only stay for a short time or one night it is bearable.

Lastly, the breakfast offered a variety of options, including fruits, juices, and hot and cold dishes. It was a great way to start each day.

Breakfast food and drink options were really limited. I was really disappointed. Also, I think hotel receptionists should read guest's vouchers prior to assigning them rooms. I had reserd a room for myself only, with a double bed, but was given a room with 2 twin beds and had to come all the way down to the hotel lobby and have the clerk fix the situation.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with a separate kitchenette that includes a microwave. During my weekend stay, I appreciated the spacious suite and delicious breakfast with a variety of options. the hotel's strategic location provided easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. the helpful staff added to a more comfortable and welcoming experience.

My overall experience was dampened by the poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail. The worn-out mattress and sofa created an uncomfortable stay, and the limited TV channel options and unreliable Net service left me dissatisfied.
